Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are packed and shipped Monday through Friday. While most orders are shipped within 72 hours, please allow 7-10 business days for processing. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

Shipping Locations & Carriers

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, U.S. territories, and select international destinations. Orders are shipped via USPS unless otherwise specified.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier and file a claim before reaching out to us. Once you have submitted a claim, please email us with the claim details, and we will do our best to assist you.

International Shipping & Customs

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once the package reaches the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not liable for any delays, customs holds, or additional charges incurred during international shipping.
