Refund policy

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, please contact us first at info@jandroby.com. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be processed.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Damages & Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@jandroby.com, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Claims made after 7 days may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.


Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable digital products
  • Health & personal care items
  • Sale or discounted items

Exchanges

We will replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email info@jandroby.com with your order details.

If you want a different item, please return the original product first. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order.


Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted, such as:

  • A book or product with obvious signs of use
  • Items that are not in their original condition, missing parts, or damaged for reasons not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Gift Returns

  • If your item was marked as a gift at purchase, you will receive a store credit for the value of the return. Once the return is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
  • If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will process the refund to the original purchaser.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you an update on the status of your refund.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed and you have not received your refund, please first contact your bank then, contact us at info@jandroby.com.

Return Shipping & Tracking

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable—if you receive a refund, return shipping costs may be deducted from it.
  • If you are returning an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
